ManitouNEO Bootcamp Started last week!

For many of you just moved, or moving, to ManitouNEO (2.0), whether you are still using the Legacy (VB) client or not, will want to know about all the new opportunities this version brings.  The ManitouNEO Web client has Dashboards that can help you visualize your Monitroing Center Data in new ways.  It also has Enhanced Action patterns where you can move away from Attention Lines and passive reading of Comments to more active operator interactions.

We have another Bootcamp coming up!  The Live Online ManitouNEO Bootcamp which starts in April!  April 16th to be exact, with the first LIVE course web session on April 23rd.  This course is a contracted 4 weeks long where you will be able to attend live sessions like you would an in-person class and discuss what you learned the previous week and work on tasks in the ManitouNEO practice site together.    Companies subscribed to Level 4 pay no additional fees to attend this course.

New Alarm Operator Course starts next week!  If you want your operators to get more familiar with the ManitouNEO Web interface and its use relating to Alarm Handling, sign them up for the Alarm Operator course!  This course starts next Wednesday April 3rd, 2019 and is now only 5 weeks in length.  Subscribers to Levels 3 and 4 pay no additional fees to attend this course.

If you have yet to join BoldU, please go to https://learn.boldgroup.com and complete the form there for access.

 Have a great week everyone!
